1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kingdom Kidz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Use of the App by or on behalf of a child under 13 requires consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the App

  • The App is intended for children aged 4–12 under parental supervision
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating child profiles
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Google Sign-In

We use Google OAuth 2.0 for account authentication. By signing in with Google, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service at policies.google.com/terms. We only use your Google account to authenticate your identity — we do not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google services.

4. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and support Covenant of Love Full Gospel Church ministry projects
  • Donations must be confirmed by a parent or guardian
  • Donations are non-refundable unless processed in error
  • We are not responsible for payment processor errors

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, images, games, stories, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Kingdom Kidz / Covenant of Love Full Gospel Church. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the App.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
  • You may not submit false or misleading information

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Parent Dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
